Responsibilities:

•Liaise with the sub contractors on already issued working drawings and guide them to translate into shop drawings - already in progress as well
•Co ordinate and give updated info on the site plans for structured cabling - to do that, he/she will need to attend co ordination meetings, tech meetings, M&E meetings, etc
•Able to interpret CAD drawings and be able to direct and lead sub contractors on review, changes
•Work with the Structured Cabling consultant to enforce installation methods and time schedules
•Experienced person who can lead, direct and co ordinate work on behalf of consultants and client; work closely with the Project Managers, Installation manager and site engineers
•Able to plan, execute and monitor installation schedules with sub contractors
•Provide progress reports on the Structured Cabling works in his/her areas

Requirements:

•Diploma or Degree in Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
•Minimum 3 years in Structured Cabling is a MUST
•Experience in project & site works in construction industry environment
•Proficient in MS Windows, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project, AutoCAD
•Good communication skills in English, Mandarin & other dialects
•Singaporean, Singapore PR may apply
